In the first three years students came only from More og Romsdal which is situated in the west of Norway. However this year we have students from all over Norway and they now attend three schools Armadale Academy, James Young High and Broxburn Academy.

The students spend an academic year in West Lothian. They live with host families and sit Scottish Highers. Many also sit and pass their driving test!

During the year students have cultural visits within Scotland and the UK. The young Norwegians contribute to the lives of the schools they attend by their high academic standards and willingness to participate in school life.
